DIRECTIONS FROM I-87 (NYS Thruway)
Northbound (from NYC and Kingston) take Exit 21 (Catskill). Take NY 23 West for 8.6 miles. Continue on NY 145 for 10.7 miles. Approx. 2 miles past "The Milk Run" turn left on Co. Rt. 22 which will become Rt. 20. Follow for 2.2 miles. Turn right on Allan Teater Road and follow 1.5 miles to Foxhole. (Total mileage from Exit 21 to the Foxhole at Allen Farm is approximately 22.9 miles).
Southbound (from Albany, Boston and I-90) take Exit 21B (Coxsackie). Take NY 81 for 19.1 miles. Make a slight left onto Co. Rt. 22, then another left to stay on Co. Rt. 22. Follow Rt. 22 across intersection at Rt.145. Co. Rt. 22 which will become Rt. 20. Follow for 2.2 miles. Turn right on Allan Teater Road and follow 1.5 miles to Foxhole. (Total mileage from Exit 21B to the Foxhole is approximately 23.3 miles)
Campers: Need a place to meet? If you would like to pull into the Foxhole together, and need a place to meet up with your fellow campers, the "Milk Run" at 3552 NY 145 is a great place to wait for them. It's four miles from the Foxhole. They have a huge parking lot, restaurant, gas and convenience store. They have told us it's fine for Foxhole folks to meet there. It's also a good place to pick up any last minute items that you might need.
For other directions use 1034 Allen Teator Road, Preston Hollow, NY as your final destination.
